Job summary

Sizemore, Inc. in Fairlawn, OH seeks a Floor Care Technician to maintain hard surfaces and carpet, performing stripping, waxing, buffing, shampooing, extraction and bonneting under limited supervision.

You will operate floor care machines, follow safety requirements, work 35 hours weekly with a 6:00 AM–11:00 AM shift, and enjoy benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, PTO and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to read and understand simple instructions and safety rules.
• Strong time management and punctuality required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and maintain professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Perform hard floor care including mopping, scrubbing and buffing.
• Maintain carpets with vacuuming, shampooing and bonneting.
• Provide cleaning services such as dusting and restroom cleaning.
• Operate floor care machines safely per manufacturer instructions.
• Follow safety procedures and report equipment issues promptly.
• Report time worked accurately and arrive on schedule.
• Assist with other duties and support continuous improvement.
