Firstcallgolf is seeking a Floor Care Technician in Charlotte, NC to maintain Clubhouse cleanliness and floor health. The role involves dustmopping, mopping, vacuuming, and floor striping/recoating across hardwood, vinyl, marble, and carpeted surfaces.

You will operate buffers and carpet cleaners, perform routine maintenance, and support events while adhering to safety policies. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of floor-care experience, can work evenings, holidays and weekends, and contributes

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience as a floor-care technician.
• Ability to work evenings, holidays and weekends.
• Maintain safety and club policies in all tasks.
• Experience with hardwood, vinyl, marble and carpeted floors.
• Operate and maintain floor-care equipment and tools.

Floor Care Technician

We currently have a full‑time job opportunity for a Floor Technician to work in our Clubhouse. Our facilities are only as beautiful as we maintain them, and this role is very important to achieving that goal.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of the Clubhouse and surrounding areas.
• Perform floorcare tasks such as dustmopping, mopping, vacuuming, and striping and recoating floors to ensure they remain clean and polished.
• Maintain various floor types, including hardwood, vinyl, marble, and carpeted areas.
• Operate floor‑care equipment, including buffers, side‑by‑side machines, and carpet cleaners.
• Keep floor‑care machines clean and perform routine maintenance.
• Control inventory by tracking cleaning supplies and reporting when stock is low.
• Assist with the setup and cleanup for special events as needed.
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are performed safely and in accordance with club policies.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate department.
• Have a minimum of five (5) years of experience as a floor‑care technician.
• Work evenings, holidays, and weekends on a consistent basis.
