Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of the Clubhouse and surrounding areas.
• Perform floor care: dustmop, mopping, vacuuming and strip and recoat floors to keep them clean and polished.
• Maintain various floor types (hardwood, vinyl, marble and carpeted areas).
• Operate floor care equipment (buffer, side-by-side, carpet cleaners).
• Maintain cleanliness of floor care machines and equipment.
• Keep track of cleaning supplies and report when stock is low.
• Assist with setup and cleanup for events when needed.
• Ensure safety compliance by following club policies during tasks.
• Report maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate department.

We currently have a full-time job opportunity for a Floor Technician to work in our Clubhouse. Our facilities are only as beautiful as we maintain them, and this role is very important to achieving that goal.

Job requirements include:

• Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the Clubhouse and surrounding areas
• Floorcare: Dustmop, mopping, vacuuming and strip and recoat floors to ensure they are clean and polished.
• Maintaining various floor types, including hardwood, vinyl, marble and carpeted areas
• Proficient in operation of floor care equipment, including buffer, side by side, and carpet cleaners
• Equipment Maintenance: Maintaining the cleanliness of various machines
• Inventory Control: Keep track of cleaning supplies and reporting when stock is low
• Special event support: Assisting with setup and cleanup for events when needed
• Safety Compliance: Ensuring that all cleaning tasks are performed safely and following club policies
• Reporting issues: Reporting any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate department
• A minimum of 5 years' experience as a floor care technician
• Team members are required to work evenings, holidays and weekends on a consistent basis
