Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and possess a valid driver’s license with clean MVR.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work with little supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to a changing work plan.
• Customer-oriented and friendly.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 2-4 years of experience in floor care preferred.
• Knowledge of industry best practices.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• General floor care activities such as dusting, mopping, vacuuming, bonnet and basic scrubbing.
• Periodic floor care tasks including scrub/wax, strip/wax, and deep cleaning.
• Manage and maintain floor equipment and supplies.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Coordinate activities between customers and the company.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
