Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is helpful but not required.
• 2+ years of floor care experience including stripping, buffing, scrubbing, waxing floors and operating equipment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise janitors for floor care and ensure work meets contract requirements.
• Assist with creating daily schedules and task assignments.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment and request additional items as needed.
• Train clients to develop job skills and provide feedback for improvement.
• Oversee quality control, complete daily sheets, and address client or employee issues.
