Job summary

DB3 Solutions is seeking a reliable Floor Care Technician to provide professional floor and carpet cleaning services for commercial offices in the Greater Cincinnati area. The role involves stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet extraction to maintain a clean, polished look.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with floor-care equipment and a strong commitment to safety and quality. Must be able to work evenings or weekends if needed, and can be paid on a gig basis across multiple accounts

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of commercial floor care experience.
• Completed at least 50 stripping and waxing jobs.

Responsibilities

• Perform floor stripping, waxing, sealing, and finishing.
• Operate floor-care equipment (buffers, burnishers, scrubbers).
• Clean carpets and perform extraction to remove stains.
• Buff and burnish floors to a polished appearance.
• Follow safety procedures and company standards.
• Inspect work for quality and customer satisfaction.
