Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP in Boston, MA is seeking a Floor Technician to perform floor care, waxing, stripping and buffing in accordance with safety rules and procedures. You will work with a team to maintain tile, carpet and brick flooring, operate motorized cleaning equipment, and follow reporting and supervision channels to complete tasks on time.

Shift is Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, with a pay range of $23.85–$24.85 per hour; a valid driver’s license may be required and forklift

Qualifications

• No formal education required; 6 months to 1 year experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
• Forklift certification may be required.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform floor care including waxing, stripping, buffing.
