TouchPoint, part of Compass Group USA, is hiring immediately for a Floor Technician in Nashville. The role runs Sunday through Thursday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, with a pay range of $17.00 to $19.00 per hour. Address: St.

Thomas West, 4220 Harding Road, Nashville, TN 37205. One to three years of prior floor technician experience preferred. As part of Compass Healthcare, TouchPoint serves patients, families, and visitors in Ascension Health hospitals across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a floor care technician or in related role preferred
• Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques required
• Knowledge and ability to follow safety procedures
• Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hard-surface floor care knowledge and use proper procedures.
• Strip and refinish floors.
• Burnish and spray buff floors.
• Operate various floor care equipment.
• Clean carpets and upholstery as needed.
• Perform maintenance and restoration for all floor types.
