Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Floor Care Lead responsible for coordinating activities within the Floor Care Program and ensuring compliance with sanitation and OSHA regulations. The role includes inspecting areas, equipment, and conditions, training staff, and maintaining records and safety inspections.

The position reports on the execution of duties, tracks inventory and equipment, and ensures proper PPE usage.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willingness to share with team.
• Knowledge of the upkeep and care of the cleaning equipment.
• Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of employees within the program assigned.
• Train and instruct employees in tasks, safety, policies, and procedures
• Coordinate and monitors work activities
• Written reports, such as pass down, weekly, or monthly
• Perform quality, service, and safety inspections
• Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repair
• Track supplies inventory and maintained
• Monitor employees for proper use of personal protective equipment
• Report employee personnel and customer issues to supervisor
• Correct at risk behavior immediately, then report to the supervisor immediately
• Report accidents and incidents to the supervisor immediately
• Maintain records, i.e. training, inspections, attendance and metric data

Education and/ or Experience:

No education requirement 6 mo-1 year experience preferred: or equivalent combination of education and experience

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

May be required to have a valid driver's license. Completed all safety and task training certification. May be required to be forklift certified

Compensation and Shift:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 PM - 3:30 AM.

$21.90-$22.90 per hour
