• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience in manufacturing/process engineering with lean/CI.
• Strong problem-solving using Six Sigma or similar methods.
• Ability to lead projects from concept to completion.

Responsabilidades

• Examine equipment, processes, and procedures to identify safety, quality, throughput, and cost improvements.
• Implement process changes and update operating standards to boost performance.
• Evaluate vendor proposals for new equipment and select suitable solutions.
• Coordinate projects from concept through implementation with clear timelines.
• Provide production support and troubleshoot process issues to minimize downtime.
• Drive cost reductions by reducing scrap, rework, and cycle time.
