Job summary

Azuria Water Solutions seeks a Floor Auditor to ensure product quality in-process and finished goods. You will review production records, shipping documents, and finished tubes for order compliance, and complete required C.O.C.s for shipments.

Responsibilities include assisting Production Scheduling and performing process audits to maintain high quality standards across manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

Floor AuditorPosition SummaryPerform the functions required to audit the quality of the products in-process and completed.Reporting StatusThe Floor Auditor reports to the Sewing Manager or Shift Supervisor as appropriate.Supervisor ResponsibilityNonePosition Responsibilities & AccountabilitiesAs floor auditor adhere to all safety, health, attendance, and code of conduct policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook.The floor auditor will be required to perform, but not limited to, the following:· Review all job folders to ensure adequate completion of production records (sewing sheets, inspection sheets, special apparatus, etc.)· Review shipping documents to ensure accuracy.· Perform final review of finished tube to ensure compliance to order.· Complete C.O.C.’s for product being shipped as required.· Other duties as requested by supervisor.· Assist Production Scheduling, check and sign off on jobs.· Perform Process audits during production to ensure quality of the product.Qualification Requirements: For the successful performance of this position, an individual must be able to achieve and/or perform the essential duties of the position. Extensive knowledge (at least 2 years within the manufacturing operation) of, but not limited to, the various production operations (sewing, slitting, extrusion, coating, production scheduling) and products (Insitutube), lateral collars, starter ropes, molded ends, within manufacturing.§ Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.§ Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to make simple machine set-ups using measuring instruments such as tape measure.§ Reasoning Skills: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.undefined§ Computer Skills: Must be extremely efficient in the use of computer software and especially spreadsheets and databases.
