Raining-Ros is seeking a production supervisor to ensure timely and precise execution of all projects, securing labor and material for the floor while maintaining safety and quality targets.

You will lead a team, coordinate line startups, monitor performance, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced, regulated environment. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of management/leadership experience preferred.
  • 3+ years experience in a related field preferred.
  • Lean and/or Six Sigma experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of GMPs and OSHA rules preferred.
  • ERP experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of metrics and dashboard development preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate production line startups, shutdowns, and changeovers.
  • Monitor and report on production line performance.
  • Lead and mentor a team to meet quality and efficiency targets.
  • Develop and enforce SOPs and guidelines.
  • Interface with manufacturing, purchasing and sales on material status to meet schedules.
  • Prepare and deliver regular performance reviews.

This position is responsible for ensuring all projects are started and executed in a clear, precise, and timely fashion; ensuring the required labor and material are supplied to the production floor, and staff is meeting quality and efficiency targets while operating within company’s Safe Practices. Success will require being detail oriented and possessing organizational skills in order to excel in a deadline driven environment, meeting internal and external customer requirements.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
