Job summary

RSCC Wire & Cable LLC, part of Marmon Holdings, is seeking a Floor Attendant for the 2nd shift (3pm–11pm) to support production by safely operating material handling equipment and delivering materials across departments.

The role emphasizes safety, housekeeping, and timely reporting of any equipment issues. Candidates should be available for 3pm–11pm shifts and complete forklift training as required.

Qualifications

• Must operate material handling equipment safely.
• Must pass forklift training.
• 2nd shift availability (3pm–11pm).

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate safe and efficient operation of material handling equipment.
• Deliver material, supplies, and work-in-process to production machines across departments.
• Set up equipment at machines and stage reels for positioning.
• Operate floor sweeping unit and manage disposal via dumpster receptacles.
• Maintain housekeeping in staging, storage, and travel routes on facility grounds.
• Perform daily safety inspections and report issues to supervisor.
• Attend forklift training for requalification on a 3-year basis.
