Job summary

Altus ACE Hardware is seeking a friendly, reliable team member to assist customers, keep the store clean, stock merchandise, and handle basic tasks in the Altus location.

Responsibilities include helping customers, loading freight, answering phones, cutting keys, mixing paint, cutting glass, updating prices, and maintaining floors and restrooms; evening and weekend hours required.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented approach to help customers find what they need in a professional and courteous manner.
• Retail merchandising and stocking of merchandise.
• Ability to operate office machines, computers and Excel is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in locating items and answering questions.
• Stock shelves, straighten bins, and load merchandise for customers.
• Answer phones and process basic inquiries or orders.
• Cut keys and mix paint as needed.
• Cut glass and Plexiglas where applicable.
• Update prices and maintain general store cleanliness (floors, restrooms, etc.).
