Job summary

Wayne-Sanderson Farms is seeking workers for an evening shift running from 4:42 PM to 12:30 AM, Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays. Pay ranges by tenure begin at $20.20 per hour for 0–4 years and progress to $21.20 per hour for 20+ years.

The primary function is floor debris removal and keeping the floor hose-clean; PPE must be worn at all times and compliance with all policies and welfare guidelines is required. Wayne-Sanderson Farms is an equal opportunity employer.

SHIFT TIMES MAY VARY Monday through Friday - Shift Time: 4:42 PM until 12:30 AM. OCCASIONAL SATURDAYS.

• Entry through 4 years of Employment = $20.20
• 5 years through 9 years of Employment = $20.45
• 10 years through 14 years of Employment = $20.70
• 15 years through 19 years of Employment = $20.95
• 20 plus years of Employment = $21.20

PRIMARY FUNCTION

Primarily responsible for removing debris from the floor and keeps the floor hosed down/clean. Must always use and maintain personal protective equipment, and work in compliance with all company policies, NCC Animal Welfare Guidelines, and local, state and federal policies, laws and regulations.
