Wayne-Sanderson Farms in Tyler, TX is seeking a groundskeeper to maintain the grounds and exterior areas of our facility. The role involves mowing, planting, weeding, pruning, and light exterior maintenance to keep the property in top condition.
Shift hours are 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with a pay rate of $18.85 per hour and benefits beginning on day one. Candidates should be able to work independently, lift up to 60 lbs., and perform duties in varying weather conditions.

Primarily responsible for the cultivation and care of grounds/yard surrounding facility. Performs all work in compliance with company policies, NCC Animal Welfare Guidelines and local, state and federal policies, laws and regulations.
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
Follow departmental and company safety policies and programs. Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times in areas where required.
