Job summary

Acara Solutions in Hoffman Estates, IL is seeking a Floor Assembler for a 12-month temp assignment. You will perform routine assembly on assemblies and sub-assemblies in a production environment, using specialized tools and equipment, and complete basic quality checks.

Requirements: High School Diploma or GED and 1+ years in assembly/manufacturing. Pay rate is $23.50 per hour, with 40 hours per week on 1st shift (6:30 AM–2:30 PM). A background check will be conducted after offer.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts, sub-products, and components according to established plans and instructions.
• Perform repetitive assembly operations using a range of specialized tools and machines.
• Complete prescribed visual quality inspections and basic functionality checks.
• Follow standardized work routines, processes, and safety procedures to maintain production quality.
• Deliver assigned technical and operational tasks within established guidelines.
