Wood, Patel & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Public Works Flood Control Project Manager with a passion for Water Resources, specifically surface water. The ideal candidate will lead and direct activities to meet client expectations, participate in business development, client marketing and project development.

The role involves leading hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, FEMA studies, ADMS/P, sediment yield analysis, and river/channel design. FLO-2D expertise and staff mentoring are essential.

Formación

• BS in Civil Engineering and AZ PE license required.
• CFM certification or ability to obtain within six months.
• Ability to plan, supervise, coordinate technical work and satisfy clients.

Responsabilidades

• Lead client service efforts and develop business opportunities.
• Marketing and business development with a track record of winning projects.
• Develop scopes, prepare cost proposals, and negotiate contracts.
• Create and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Supervise and mentor staff, ensuring quality control across tasks.
• Apply technical knowledge throughout project duration.
