Job summary

State Bank is seeking a Universal Banker Float to cover the Angola, Indiana office and our Williams County, Ohio offices. The role supports customer service, sales, and paying/receiving functions, with opportunities for incentives and certification-based raises as you progress.

We require a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of related experience. You will manage cash, process transactions, and help identify new business opportunities while traveling between locations as

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to analyze transactions and resolve issues with accuracy.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support customer service, sales, and paying/receiving functions in the community office.
• Greet customers, identify needs, and refer to appropriate staff.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and cash handling with accuracy.
• Maintain cash drawer, balance at end of shift, and report discrepancies.
• Travel to Angola, IN and Williams County, OH offices as needed.
