Job summary

4M Dental Implant Center is seeking a highly organized Floating Treatment Coordinator to join our team across Long Beach, Valencia, and Glendale offices. This role acts as the main liaison between patients and the clinical team, guiding patients through treatment plans, arranging financing, and ensuring a smooth patient experience from consultation to care completion.

• Minimum of 2 years of direct-to-patient sales experience, preferably in dental implant or oral surgery sales.
• Familiarity with patient financing options, loan processes, and interest rate structures.
• Ability to quickly build rapport, actively listen, and establish trust with prospective patients.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills focused on exceptional patient care.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Experience with dental practice management software and Microsoft Office is highly desirable.

We are seeking a highly organized and personable floating Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team in our Long Beach, Valencia, and Glendale offices. The floating Treatment Coordinator serves as the key liaison between patients and the clinical team, guiding patients through treatment plans, facilitating financial arrangements, and ensuring a smooth and positive patient experience from consultation to completion of care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide prospective patients through the entire consultation process, from initial contact to treatment decision.
• Educate patients on 4M Dental Implant Center’s services, procedures, and flexible financial options.
• Conduct timely follow-up calls to support patients in their decision-making journey.
• Develop customized payment plans to accommodate each patient’s individual financial needs.
• Proactively generate new patient leads through community engagement, referrals, and outreach initiatives.
• Maintain and manage a strong sales pipeline through active lead generation and relationship building.
• Ensure a seamless and supportive transition from consultation to procedure.
• Collaborate closely with doctors, assistants, and office leadership to maximize patient satisfaction and treatment outcomes.
