Blaze Credit Union in Mora, MN is hiring a Float Teller who may assist at Ogilvie, Pine City, Milaca and Isle branches. As a Float Teller, you’ll engage members, process transactions, and help them meet their financial goals.

We offer a $2,000 sign-on bonus (paid over one year), with a $5,500 bonus for Fiserv DNA experience paid over two years. This FT role includes Saturdays on a rotating schedule and growth opportunities.

Formación

• You have a minimum High School degree or GED.
• You have a minimum of one year customer service experience.
• You have a minimum of one year cash handling experience.
• Previous financial services experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with members, listen to them, and understand their situations
• Educate members on Blaze offerings
• Process transactions like deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments with accuracy and professionalism
• Grow with us by using tools to stay on top of financial industry trends, products, services and training opportunities
• Provide members with excellent service through face-to-face interactions daily
