Job summary

Blaze Credit Union is seeking a Float Teller for our Eagan branch. As a Float Teller, you may cover other branches and metro locations, engaging with members and handling transactions with accuracy.

This full-time role offers a $2,000 sign-on bonus (paid over one year) and a $5,500 bonus for candidates with Fiserv DNA experience (paid over two years). Wages start at $21/hour, up to $23/hour, with benefits, 401(k) matching, tuition reimbursement, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• Minimum of one year customer service experience.
• Minimum of one year cash handling experience.
• Previous financial service experience is a plus.
• Comfortable with conversations and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members, listen to their situations, and understand needs.
• Educate members on Blaze capabilities and services.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments with accuracy.
• Stay updated on financial products, services, and training opportunities.

Blaze is currently hiring for a Float Teller at our Eagan branch. As a Float Teller, you may be asked to step in and assist at other branches which includes all of our metro branches. Blaze is pleased to offer a sign-on bonus for this position. New hires are eligible for a $2,000 sign-on bonus, paid over one year. Candidates with Fiserv DNA experience are eligible for a $5,500 sign-on bonus, paid over two years.

Your Schedule:

• This position will be FT 40 hours/week, Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays. (Saturday paid 1.5x for hours worked).
• Consistent and reliable attendance is a required essential function of this role to meet the needs of the organization.

The salary range for this position is: $21.00 -$23.00/hour. This range reflects the base salary for this position. We have other benefits associated with this position which include: low-cost medical (as low as $20 a paycheck), dental insurance, vision insurance, quarterly bonuses, generous vacation and sick time hours, paid leave options, up to 6% 401k contribution, and tuition reimbursement.
