Job summary

Northwest Bank is seeking a flexible Teller to join our retail team in Mishawaka. The role requires welcoming customers, processing transactions, and resolving issues while promoting financial wellness.

The floating teller supports multiple branches, travels between locations, and works a varied schedule including evenings and weekends. Prior cash handling and customer service experience are preferred, with a High School diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Cash handling experience is preferred.
• Banking and/or retail experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and resolve questions or concerns, delivering friendly service.
• Balance teller drawer daily and participate in general cash controls.
• Assist customers with transactions and educate them on bank products and services.
• Refer customers to appropriate team members for complex requests or products/services.
• Travel to Bank locations within a geographic region and support flexible scheduling as needed.
• Assist with branch opening/closing tasks and maintain security/compliance procedures.
