TruChoice Federal Credit Union is seeking a full-time Teller/Member Service Representative to float among our Portland, Biddeford, and Buxton offices. You will handle teller transactions and assist members with a friendly, proactive approach to service.

Ideal candidates bring strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to explain products and services to enhance member financial well-being. A valid driver’s license helps with mobility.

Qualifications

• Experience in banking or financial services is preferred.
• Excellent communication and phone skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to resolve issues.
• Friendly, organized, and a team player.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to float between Portland, Biddeford and Buxton locations.

Responsibilities

• Handle teller transactions in person, by phone, and electronically.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build member relationships.
• Recommend products and services to enhance member experience.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to cash handling and records.
