Job summary

TruChoice Federal Credit Union is seeking a full-time Teller/Member Service Representative to float among our Portland, Biddeford, and Buxton offices. You will handle teller transactions and assist members with a friendly, proactive approach to service.

Ideal candidates bring strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to explain products and services to enhance member financial well-being. A valid driver’s license helps with mobility.

Qualifications

• Experience in banking or financial services is preferred.
• Excellent communication and phone skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to resolve issues.

TruChoice Federal Credit Union is looking for a full-time teller position that will float between our retail offices in Portland, Biddeford, and Buxton. Do you have stellar customer service skills?

TruChoice FCU is a community-focused credit union, prioritizing the financial well-being of our members and the communities we serve. We are growing and on the search for our newest fulltime Member Service Representative (Teller). This position will be called upon to work out of any of our locations in Portland, Biddeford, and Buxton allowing you to meet and work with many of our team members.

In this role, you will serve our members through our teller line in-person, phone, and electronic access points. You will be empowered to make everyday banking simple for TruChoice members and to build relationships by completing cash and non-cash transactions, suggesting solutions, and resolving problems.

While not required, teller, cash handling, and customer service experience in a financial institution are helpful. We are looking for someone who is personable, enthusiastic, shows initiative and is detail oriented. If you are also friendly, organized and enjoy working as part of a dynamic team, while living the philosophy of “people helping people,” this may be the role for you!
