Job summary

You will handle deposits and withdrawals, process payments, support cash handling, and maintain accurate records while complying with banking regulations and bank policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior service through courteous interactions.
• Refer customers to the appropriate department as needed.
• Process financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
• Support branch cash responsibilities such as balancing and reconciliation.
• Resolve complaints and escalate when needed to a supervisor.
• Process debit card requests, stop payments, and check holds.
• Assist with other account services (wires, fees, closes) as needed.
• Maintain operational integrity while mitigating risk.
• Comply with laws (CRA, OFAC, BSA/AML) and bank policies.
