The ideal candidate has 2+ years of teller experience, strong math and communication skills, and a professional appearance. You will balance cash daily, follow regulations, and help staff with member requests.

Qualifications

• Two years of teller or equivalent customer-service experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly with members and staff.
• Basic math skills and reliable attendance.
• Comfort using smartphones/tablets and computers.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and checks.
• Provide friendly service and educate members on FCCU products and services.
• Handle cash and negotiable instruments securely and balance daily.
• Respond to member questions and direct to appropriate staff as needed.
