Kiddie Academy of O'Fallon is hiring a full-time Teacher to create a loving, safe classroom for young learners. You will partner with lead teachers to deliver meaningful activities and build strong relationships with children, families, and teammates.

This role emphasizes kindness, creativity, and professional conduct, with shifts 6:45 am - 5:45 pm and a standard Monday–Friday schedule. CDA or equivalent is preferred, HS diploma required.

Competenze

• Experience & Education: 1+ year in early childhood education; high school diploma required.
• CDA or Associate’s degree preferred.
• Physical ability to lift/carry 40 lbs regularly.
• Effective communication with children, families, and the team.
• Demonstrates patience, empathy, creativity, and organized lesson planning.

As a Teacher, You Will:

Schedule:

• Full-time, Monday – Friday, approximately 8 hours/day
• Shifts between 6:45 am - 5:45 pm (Rotation-based)

Requirements

Job Qualifications:
