Sweet Kiddles Flexible Childcare is seeking a Floating Substitute Child Care Teacher in Avon Lake, OH. This part-time role requires traveling to multiple Cleveland-area centers and working 9:00am–6:00pm with a one-hour break.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED (Required) and a CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education (a plus). Experience in childcare and strong communication are essential.

We’re looking for caring, experienced Childcare Teachers who are ready to bring energy, creativity, and compassion to our classrooms.

We are seeking a Floating Substitute Teacher. This is a part-time position (16-40 hours/week), and we cannot guarantee full-time hours, though it may happen some weeks. Flexibility is paramount, and an individual must be able to travel to any 3 of our 10 Cleveland-based Sweet Kiddles Flexible Childcare centers (listed below). This role requires regular travel between multiple work sites, so reliable transportation is a must. Candidate should be available to work 9:00am-6:00pm with a one-hour break.
