Job summary

StoragePRO Management is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Las Vegas location. You will rent storage units, explain options, and ensure exceptional customer service while addressing inquiries and concerns.

Responsibilities include facility inspections, payments processing, promotions, light maintenance, and maintaining tenant records. This full-time role requires weekend availability and reports to the District Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Outstanding customer service experience.
• Basic janitorial and maintenance duties.
• Valid driver's license.
• Basic computer skills; strong communication and organizational skills.
• US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Rent storage units and explain options and pricing.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries.
• Conduct regular facility inspections for cleanliness and security.
• Process payments, collect late fees, and maintain records.
• Market and promote storage units and related products.
• Perform light maintenance and report major issues.
• Maintain tenant records and rental agreements.
• Uphold company policies and ensure a safe environment.
• Reports to District Manager.
• Attendance is an essential job function.
• Other duties as assigned.
