Floating Store Manager (FM) is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, adhering to company policies, supervising staff, maximizing profits, and maintaining high customer service and store appearance standards.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure a quality buying experience for customers.
  • Perform daily gas price surveys and accounting paperwork.
  • Make bank deposits and manage ATM and Lottery funds.
  • Maintain fuel inventory records and report discrepancies.
  • Recruit, hire, train, motivate, and discipline staff.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
  • Order merchandise and coordinate gasoline deliveries.
  • Ensure compliance and perform employee evaluations.
  • Implement promotional initiatives and monitor cash handling and inventory.
  • Audit cashier paperwork and maintain store image standards.
  • Report maintenance issues and manage security and pricing tools.
  • Manage payroll and communicate effectively with staff and guests.
  • Assist in covering store management at other locations as needed.
