Floating Store Manager (FM) is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, adhering to company policies, supervising staff, maximizing profits, and maintaining high customer service and store appearance standards.

Responsibilities
- Ensure a quality buying experience for customers.
- Perform daily gas price surveys and accounting paperwork.
- Make bank deposits and manage ATM and Lottery funds.
- Maintain fuel inventory records and report discrepancies.
- Recruit, hire, train, motivate, and discipline staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Order merchandise and coordinate gasoline deliveries.
- Ensure compliance and perform employee evaluations.
- Implement promotional initiatives and monitor cash handling and inventory.
- Audit cashier paperwork and maintain store image standards.
- Report maintenance issues and manage security and pricing tools.
- Manage payroll and communicate effectively with staff and guests.
- Assist in covering store management at other locations as needed.

Qualifications
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- 1-2 years supervisory experience.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
- Leadership experience in retail, food service, or fuel environments preferred.
- Experience in staff management, scheduling, and expense control.
- Ability to perform physical tasks and at least 18 years old.
Education
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
