Job Description:

Floating Store Manager (FM) is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, adhering to company policies and procedures, supervising staff, maximizing profits, and ensuring high levels of customer service and store appearance.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure a quality buying experience for customers.
  • Perform daily gas price surveys and accounting paperwork.
  • Make daily bank deposits and manage ATM and Lottery funds.
  • Maintain accurate fuel inventory records.
  • Recruit, hire, train, motivate, develop, discipline, and terminate staff appropriately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
  • Order and receive merchandise, ensure gasoline levels, and maintain compliance documentation.
  • Perform employee evaluations and implement promotional initiatives.
  • Monitor shift cash handling and inventory, assist in investigations of shortages and variances.
  • Audit cashier paperwork, maintain image standards, and report maintenance issues.
  • Manage price book, security cameras, and other store operations.
  • Schedule and control payroll, communicate with staff and guests, and perform additional duties as assigned.
