Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Floating Store Manager in New Hampshire to learn store operations and assist various Store Managers at other locations. The role involves training, staff supervision, and driving profits while maintaining customer service and store appearance.

Travel is required; the candidate should have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. ServSafe or equivalent certification is required within 90 days.

Qualifications

• This position requires ServSafe or other approved Food Safety Certification within 90 days of employment or promotion.
• Ability to communicate with associates and guests.
• Ability to count, read and write accurately to complete required paperwork.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Vocational or Technical Education.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a quality buying experience for all customers.
• Perform competitive gas price surveys daily or as required.
• Complete required daily accounting paperwork and transmit by noon to accounting office.
• Make daily bank deposits by noon.
• Account for ATM and Lottery funds daily, and make deposits.
• Keep accurate fuel inventory records and report variations.
• Recruit, hire, train, motivate, develop, and document staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation.
• Order and receive merchandise using inventory guidelines.
• Coordinate gasoline deliveries and ensure adequate fuel levels.
• Maintain compliance binder and implement promotions.
• Control inventory variations and cash variances within limits.
• Audit cashier paperwork and maintain image standards.
• Report maintenance issues to management; coordinate payroll hours.
• Price book maintenance and operation of security cameras where applicable.
• Attend mandatory meetings and training sessions.
• Cover manager vacancies in other store locations as needed.
• Run store in absence of manager with an Assistant Manager.
