- Age Requirement: 21 with valid driver’s license & proof of insurance
- Experience: Retail management experience preferred. Willing to travel within Springfield, MA district.

- Sales Growth: Drive sales and maintain high standards.
- Store Management: Ensure the store reflects our brand and is well-stocked.
- Expense Control: Manage store expenses proactively.
- Sales Programs: Oversee all company sales initiatives.
- Additional Duties: Perform other assigned tasks.
- Age Requirements by State: 18+ in some states, 21+ in others.
- Experience: Retail and/or food management experience preferred.
- Flexibility: Willing to work any shift and travel occasionally for meetings.
- Requirements: Valid driver’s license, access to insured vehicle, ability to pass pre-employment screening, and completion of Topshelf Manager Training (for Tennessee stores).
