Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Travel between five NH locations based on operational needs.
• Lead shifts and support daily restaurant operations to ensure service, quality, and efficiency.
• Assist Store Managers with supervising, coaching, and motivating staff.
• Step in to provide leadership during staffing shortages, vacations, and peak periods.
• Support food preparation, customer service, order accuracy, and restaurant cleanliness.

Sal’s Pizza is looking for a motivated, dependable, and experienced Floating Shift Leader to support our five New Hampshire locations.

Unlike a traditional Shift Leader position assigned to one restaurant, this role offers the opportunity to work across multiple Sal’s Pizza locations, providing leadership and operational support wherever it's needed most.

What You'll Do

• Travel between our five New Hampshire locations based on operational and staffing needs.
• Lead shifts and support daily restaurant operations, ensuring consistent service, quality, and efficiency.
