Job summary

Lion Real Estate Group, LLC is seeking a Floating Service Manager to lead maintenance operations across multiple Los Angeles properties (Echo Park, Sherman Oaks, and Valley Village). You will guide on-site teams, manage work orders, and oversee preventive maintenance while hands-on when needed.

You will coordinate with vendors, ensure safety and uptime, and participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation. A $1,000 signing bonus is offered along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Manager or Lead Maintenance Technician.
• Prior apartment or property maintenance experience.
• EPA or HVAC certification required.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Leadership and team-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and customer service attitude.
• Valid driver's license and insured vehicle with mileage reimbursement

We’re hiring a Floating Service Manager to help lead the maintenance operations at multiple properties in our Los Angeles portfolio (Echo Park, Sherman Oaks, and Valley Village areas) .
