Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Manager or lead maintenance preferred.
• Apartment or property maintenance experience.
• EPA or HVAC certification required.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Leadership with a team-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle.

We’re hiring a Floating Service Manager to help lead the maintenance operations at multiple properties in our Los Angeles portfolio (Echo Park, Sherman Oaks, and Valley Village areas).

You’ll work side by side with on-site teams to complete service requests, assist with unit turns, and keep our properties running at their best—all while being recognized for your skills.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Service Manager or Lead Maintenance Technician preferred
• Prior apartment or property maintenance experience.
• EPA or HVAC certification required.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Leadership skills with a team-oriented mindset.
• Great communication and customer service attitude.
• A team player who’s ready to roll up their sleeves.
• Valid Driver's License and insured operable vehicle (Mileage Reimbursement offered)
