Lion Real Estate Group, LLC is seeking a Floating Service Manager to lead maintenance across multiple Los Angeles properties—Echo Park, Sherman Oaks, and Valley Village. You will supervise on-site teams, handle work orders, and coordinate with vendors to keep all communities safe and well-maintained.

This role requires hands-on leadership, strong repair and troubleshooting skills, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifikationen

• EPA or HVAC certification is required.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills are expected.

• Previous apartment or property maintenance experience.

We’re hiring a Floating Service Manager to help lead the maintenance operations at multiple properties in our Los Angeles portfolio (Echo Park, Sherman Oaks, and Valley Village areas).

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Service Manager or Lead Maintenance Technician preferred
• Prior apartment or property maintenance experience.
• EPA or HVAC certification required.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Leadership skills with a team-oriented mindset.
• Great communication and customer service attitude.
• A team player who’s ready to roll up their sleeves.
• Valid Driver's License and insured operable vehicle (Mileage Reimbursement offered)
