Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with privileges to practice as applicable.
• BLS certification required; telehealth/licensure considerations may apply.

Responsibilities

• Engages in unit councils, governance, and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Uses nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, and collaborates with care team.
• Upholds and promotes a culture of safety.
• May administer medications and procedures per protocols.
• Maintains accurate, timely EHR documentation.
• Float to other units/facilities within service area as needed.
