Preftherapy is seeking a Full Time Floating Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to support Sr. Living Communities in Augusta, ME, Hallowell, and Waterville.

The role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a generous PTO package, with continuous education support and a strong emphasis on work-life balance. The PTA will provide compassionate therapy services in Assisted Living, Independent Living and memory care, work with rehab and nursing staff, and ensure timely, accurate documentation using electronic

Qualifications

Provide comprehensive therapy services in assisted living, independent living and memory care settings.
Collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff in a team environment.
Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness in documentation.

Responsibilities

Deliver PT Aide/PTA therapy services across multiple senior living communities.
Float to facilities in Augusta, Hallowell and Waterville as needed.
Maintain accurate electronic documentation and coordinate with care teams.
