Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Knowledge of local codes and regulations.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues with electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and customer service skills, including effectively communicating with clients and team members.
• Comfortable using an iPhone, email, and Google applications.
• Must provide own basic tools.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Ability to keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Strong work ethic and integrity in all work.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.
• Ability to represent Elite in a positive and professional manner at all times, including when operating company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize work orders based on urgency and communicate with tenants and property owners as needed.
• Diagnose issues and perform repairs related to electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance to ensure the longevity and efficiency of building systems.
• Perform general property maintenance, including patching walls, painting, installing trim, and other minor repairs.
• Assist in preparing rental units to meet Rent Ready and municipal inspection standards.
• Work on small projects as assigned, including property improvements and unit turnover tasks.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards, local codes, and company guidelines.
• Provide clear communication with clients, tenants, and team members.
• Be available for on-call service according to company policy.
• Complete any other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor or Maintenance Manager
• Perform regional travel as required, estimated at once or twice a month, to support different properties.
