MEB AFFORDABLE MANAGEMENT SERVICES LLC in Phoenix seeks a Floating Property Manager to provide interim management across assigned communities in the Greater Phoenix Area. This full-time role requires 2+ years of multifamily management, LIHTC/HUD experience, and travel between properties.

You will oversee operations, leasing, compliance, finances, and maintenance, coordinating with regional leadership to ensure smooth transitions and strong resident services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of multifamily property management experience.
• Experience with LIHTC and/or Project-Based Voucher programs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel between assigned properties.

Responsibilities

• Provide management coverage at multiple properties and oversee daily operations.
• Oversee leasing, occupancy, compliance, finances, and maintenance.
• Maintain property transitions and support relocations.
• Ensure affordable housing compliance with LIHTC/HUD requirements.
• Prepare budgets and monitor expenses; complete required reports.
• Lead and supervise property staff; train and evaluate performance.
• Communicate issues to leadership and ensure safety standards.
