Job summary

The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of supervisory experience, 2+ years as a care provider (including work with IDD), and strong communication and project-management skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years experience as a care provider; at least 1 year with individuals with IDD.
• 1+ year of management or supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Direct management and daily operations of the assigned program to ensure quality of life in line with Home Life philosophy and policies.
• Be the first link in the chain of command for staff concerns and grievances.
• Evaluate and document staff performance; provide disciplinary training and feedback as needed.
• Respond to emergency calls within 15-30 minutes when on call.
• Coordinate staff schedules, interviews, hiring, and terminations as required.
• Review time off requests, timesheets, and manage program finances.
