Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED is required.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Union experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to the safety program and PPE requirements.
• Lead daily meetings, review metrics, and coordinate plant functions.
• Manage timecards, vacation requests, and attendance in accordance with guidelines.
• Coach, develop, and recognize associates to improve performance.
• Participate in Lean initiatives (6S, GEMBA, RCCM, Visual Management) and Kaizen events.
• Drive production goals regarding Safety, Quality, Productivity, Cost and Delivery.
• Maintain communication with shift supervision and Value Stream Managers for smooth transitions.
