MaineGeneral Health is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled physical therapy services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. This role floats between Gray Birch and Glenridge, delivering care across both locations based on patient needs and organizational priorities.

The PTA will implement treatment plans, monitor progress, educate patients and families, and collaborate with the care team to promote mobility, function, and independence across settings.

Responsabilidades

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of the Physical Therapist.
• Monitors patient responses to treatment and documents progress.
• Educates patients and families on therapeutic exercises and safety.
• Collaborates with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated care.
• Provides PT services at Gray Birch and Glenridge locations.
