Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in MD/DC/VA, as required for location(s).
• Experience with outpatient evaluation and treatment planning.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluation services and determine treatment recommendations.
• Implement and adjust treatment protocols based on patient progress.
• Complete documentation, discharge planning, and follow-up care.
