Job summary

SportsMed is hiring a full-time Floating Physical Therapist to work between multiple locations in Ocean County and Monmouth County, NJ. The role offers avenues for rapid career growth into Clinic Director, Regional Director, or leadership positions as we expand.

Open to new grads with robust onboarding and mentorship, with strong support from experienced clinicians. Benefits start Day One and include CEU support and a clear clinical ladder.

Qualifications

• New Jersey Physical Therapist License Required.
• New Grads and Experienced Physical Therapists are welcome.
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
• Computer Literacy and EMR experience (WebPT is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose each patient and develop appropriate rehabilitation goals.
• Maintain high levels of communication with other service providers such as Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, and Occupational Therapists to ensure quality patient care.
• Complete notes thoroughly and within a timely manner to ensure that collaborative care is maintained between other therapists.
• Participate in or lead monthly meetings to identify challenges within the clinic and strive to achieve clinic goals.
• Attend meetings to discuss various company initiatives to continuously improve clinical excellence and patient care.

SportsMed Physical Therapy is hiring a full-time Floating Physical Therapist to work between multiple locations in the Ocean County, NJ and Monmouth County, NJ areas.
