Job summary

SportsMed Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Floating Physical Therapist to work across multiple locations in Ocean County and Monmouth County, New Jersey. We offer career growth, mentorship, and leadership opportunities within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• New Jersey Physical Therapist License required.
• New grads and experienced therapists welcome.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literacy and EMR experience (WebPT is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with rehabilitation goals.
• Collaborate with chiropractors, acupuncturists, and occupational therapists to ensure quality patient care.
• Document notes thoroughly and timely to maintain collaborative care.
• Attend and contribute to monthly meetings to improve clinic performance.
• Support company initiatives to advance clinical excellence and patient care.

What Our Therapists Do

• Evaluate and diagnose each patient and develop appropriate rehabilitation goals.
• Maintain high levels of communication with other service providers such as Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, and Occupational Therapists to ensure quality patient care.
• Complete notes thoroughly and within a timely manner to ensure that collaborative care is maintained between other therapists.
• Participate in or lead monthly meetings to identify challenges within the clinic and strive to achieve clinic goals.
• Attend meetings to discuss various company initiatives to continuously improve clinical excellence and patient care.
