Qualifications

• Licensed PT in New Jersey is required.
• New grads and experienced PTs welcome.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Proficiency with EMR systems (WebPT a plus).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose patients and develop individualized rehabilitation goals and treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based outpatient orthopedic and rehabilitation care.
• Maintain clear communication with chiropractors, acupuncturists, occupational therapists, and other providers.
• Complete notes thoroughly and timely to support collaborative care.
• Participate in monthly meetings to identify challenges and improve clinic operations.
• Support clinical excellence through continuing education and company initiatives.
