Job summary

Labcorp in Pensacola, FL seeks a Float Phlebotomist to join our team. The role collects blood samples by venipuncture and capillary methods across multiple sites, supports patient services, and travels as needed. A valid phlebotomy certification or training and a high school diploma are required. Opportunity to grow with a large diagnostics network.

Schedule is Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays; includes a base incentive plus travel allowances and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
2 year or more of phlebotomy experience.
3 year or more of phlebotomy experience (preferred).
In lieu of work experience, a Phlebotomy certification or completed training program from an accredited agency.

Responsibilities

Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner.
Process billing information and collect payments when necessary.
Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
Travel to additional sites when needed.
